I don’t spend anywhere near enough time on 3D to be good at it, but every so often, I play around and get something nice for my trouble.
- A better angle on the Manta model, showing off more of the features and musculature.
- Front view of my Manta model. Needs a lot of detailing around the front still.
- Rear view of my organic, manta-inspired ship model. The lighting is much too dark on these renders, unfortunately.
- An attempt at an indoor/outdoor scene, for a short story I wrote. Very difficult to light well, and to create realistic rain, but I love the richness of the table on this.
- Another view of my Go (Wei-chi) board model, showing off the wood textures, bevels, and grove details
- A close-up of my Go (Wei-chi) board model. This one shows off the quality and detail nicely.
- A Go (Wei-chi) board, with the pieces arranged in a classic problem
- Playing around on the boundary between aircraft and birds.
- Wallpaper for a project I worked on years ago, AMPU. This was done quickly in 3D Studio Max, using an actual digitised copy of the US Constitution.
- More AMPU wallpaper
